Refund Policy
General Policy
Under no circumstances will the donation paid by the student towards various courses, residential & non-residential camps, and items available for purchase on the website be refunded.
Exceptional Cases for Refund
- Death of the Student: If the student expires before joining any class or camp, a refund will be made. However, no refund will be considered if the student expires after joining the class or camp.
- Duplicate Registration: If the student inadvertently registers more than once for the same class, all additional registrations will be canceled, and a refund will be issued.
- Discount Refund: If a student is eligible for any announced discount and did not avail it at the time of registration, the trust will consider the case and provide a refund for the eligible discount.
- Cancellation of Class / Camp: If a class or camp is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural calamities or lockdowns, and no suitable alternative is provided, the donation will be refunded.
Defective Items Policy
For all items purchased on the website, we ensure the supply of high-quality products. However, in case a product is found defective, it will be replaced free of charge.
- It is the responsibility of the student to return the defective item to the designated office of the trust.
- A free replacement will be provided only after the defective item is returned.
