This course can be undertaken by any person above 18 years of age who is unable to attend class room sessions or residential/non residential camps.
The objective of this course is to achieve health & success by the practice of spiritual breathing exercises & effective techniques of meditation. This course is meant for those, who wish to attain physical, mental & spiritual well-being; this is not for entertainment.
This course operates in two modules: 22 weeks and 11 weeks.
22 Weeks - Classes are conducted once a week. Each session is of about 90 minutes. The syllabus consists of Introduction, 22 lessons comprising of pranayam, 8 spiritual breathing exercises & simple graded techniques of meditation. Printed notes handouts are given to every student.
11 Weeks - Classes are conducted twice a week(3 days gap between 2 sessions.). Each session is of about 90 minutes. The syllabus consists of Introduction, 22 lessons comprising of pranayam, 8 spiritual breathing exercises & simple graded techniques of meditation. Printed notes handouts are given to every student.
Students are required to file the lesson appropriately and read & pactice at home during the week.
