Any person above 18 yrs of age can register for the camp.
The objective of the camp is to learn and practice the spiritual breathing exercise and effective techniques of meditation to lead a healthier, happier and more successful life.
Non-residential camp is conducted for the seekers who are unable to attend regular modules or residential camps.
Students need to take care of the accommodation and the travel to the camp venue on their own.
Non-residential camp is conducted in 2 parts.
Part I - 3 days - 60% of the syllabus of Brahmavidya basic course is covered.
Part II - 2 days - Practice + Remaining 40% syllabus of Brahmavidya basic course is covered.
Each day spans across 9 clock hours at the venue.
Participants are required to reach the venue 15 minutes before the course commencement time.
Part II is conducted after a gap of about 2 months; after Part I. During the gap of 2 months the students are required to practice all techniques thought in Part I regularly at home.
